Dimora Gentile nasce in un elegante casale in mattoni rossi del 1926, recentemente restaurato nel pieno rispetto della sua storia. Pavimenti in cotto, travi originali in castagno, mattoni a vista recuperati e arredi d'epoca selezionati con cura creano un'atmosfera autentica e raffinata, senza rinunciare ai comfort moderni. La sala colazioni, impreziosita da un grande camino, rende ogni risveglio ancora più speciale.
Il casale è immerso in un parco privato di oltre un ettaro, dominato da una maestosa quercia e da imponenti cipressi toscani, che incorniciano il paesaggio e regalano un'atmosfera di pace e autenticità. A pochi minuti a piedi dal Lago di Montepulciano e dalla sua Riserva Naturale WWF, offre una piscina panoramica immersa nel verde, ideale per rilassarsi tra natura, silenzio e splendidi tramonti.
Dimora Gentile is set in an elegant red-brick country house dating back to 1926, beautifully restored while preserving its original character. Terracotta floors, original chestnut wood beams, exposed brickwork and carefully selected antique furnishings create an authentic yet refined atmosphere, complemented by every modern comfort. The breakfast room, enhanced by a large traditional fireplace, makes every morning truly special.
The country house is surrounded by a private one-hectare park, home to majestic Tuscan cypress trees and a magnificent centuries-old oak, creating a peaceful and timeless setting. Just a short walk from Lake Montepulciano and the WWF Nature Reserve, guests can relax by the panoramic swimming pool immersed in nature, enjoying the tranquility of the countryside between Tuscany and Umbria.
Il Parco . All'alba il parco si risveglia insieme alla natura: non è raro vedere i caprioli fare colazione nel prato davanti al casale e ascoltare il loro inconfondibile richiamo. Il parco ospita anche poiane, aironi bianchi, upupe, picchi verdi, ghiandaie, gazze, scoiattoli, lepri e numerose altre specie che popolano la vicina Riserva Naturale del Lago di Montepulciano.
Le nostre galline vivono libere nel parco e fanno parte della quotidianità di Dimora Gentile. Ogni mattina ci regalano uova fresche, utilizzate per preparare dolci e specialità della nostra colazione fatta in casa, offrendo agli ospiti un'autentica esperienza di campagna.
The Park. The private one-hectare park is a peaceful haven. At sunrise, it is not uncommon to see roe deer peacefully grazing on the lawn in front of the country house and to hear their distinctive calls echoing through the countryside. The park is also home to buzzards, great white egrets, hoopoes, European green woodpeckers, Eurasian jays, magpies, squirrels, hares and many other species that thrive in the nearby Lake Montepulciano Nature Reserve.
Our four free-range hens roam freely around the park and are part of everyday life at Dimora Gentile. Every morning they provide fresh eggs, used to prepare homemade cakes and breakfast specialties, giving our guests a truly authentic countryside experience.
